Update 03/01/10 - Hotel Information for the IPRA Canadian Finals Rodeo
A block of rooms have been set aside for the IPRA Canadian Finals Rodeo being held in London at the Western Fair Grounds on March 11-12, 2010.

The IPRA has entered into an agreement with the Western Fair Association in London, Ontario to host the first ever IPRA Canadian Finals Rodeo!
This rodeo will take place at 7pm both nights on March 11 & 12, 2010 with the top 8 qualifiers being determined from the 2009 IPRA Canadian Standings. Eligible contestants had to have competed at three Canadian Rodeos throughout the 2009 rodeo season to qualify. The rodeo will feature $23,000 in added money along with Boulet boots and buckles to event winners. The Rodeo will consist of two action packed performances and will be held in conjunction with the renowned Western Fair Farm Show. Entries for this event will be Wednesday, February 17, 2010. The Rawhide Rodeo Company brings more for its contestants once again with the introduction of the IPRA Canadian Card - And an opportunity to qualify at the inaugural edition of the IPRA Canadian Finals!
The Rawhide Rodeo Company and the International Professional Rodeo Association have worked diligently together to make this great opportunity come to fruition and look forward to this exciting new expansion into Canada!
Canadian cardholders now have the opportunity to put their monies earned at all sanctioned Canadian events towards qualification at the IPRA Canadian Finals. In order to be eligible for the IPRA Canadian Finals, IPRA contestants must attend a minimum of three (3) sanctioned IPRA Canadian events, regardless of card type. This card is only good for rodeos in Canada and cardholder must be a Canadian Citizen. Points won on this card will not count for the International Finals Rodeo or any Regional Finals but allows the cardholder International recognition without leaving the Country.
Contestants holding the
IPRA World card and attending Canadian events will also be eligible for the IPRA Canadian Finals as well as the International Finals Rodeo and any Regional Finals. This allows for more choice and more opportunity on both sides of the border.
Best of all, money generated from memberships and sanction fees from Canadian events, stay in Canada for the Canadian Finals and ultimately the contestants.

Attention all Bull Riders! The Hardway Pro Bull Riders Association is counting points towards their standings for contestants making money from the following Canadian Event stops:
• Guigues, Quebec
• Almonte, Ontario
• Port Perry, Ontario
Contestants must purchase their HPBR card for their points to count but have the opportunity of attending the Hardway Finals upon qualification. Any questions about the HPBR can be directed to Darlene Spafford at dspaff@hotmail.com or to 585-334-2111.
